Qualcomm announced a full suite of robotics technologies designed to power physical artificial intelligence systems ranging from household robots to full-size humanoids. 

Technology companies approach AI deployment differently now, moving from software-first to hardware-centric strategies where processors, chipsets, and sensor integration become the actual competitive differentiator.

The portfolio includes processors specifically designed for robotic inference, computer vision acceleration, and real-time decision-making at the edge rather than relying on cloud processing.
